Data security and MLS compliance
We take data security seriously — especially when it comes to MLS data.
MLS Data Access
MLSBot accesses ACTRIS MLS data through MLS Grid's API under an authorized Broker Back Office subscription. Data is synced daily and stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only authenticated users can generate reports.
Infrastructure
The MLSBot website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with SSL encryption. Our database and report generation infrastructure runs on private servers not accessible from the public internet. All API communications use HTTPS.
MLS Attribution
All generated reports include proper MLS attribution as required by ACTRIS rules. Listing data, photos, and proprietary information are used solely for report generation and are not redistributed.
User Data
Agent profile information (name, license, brokerage, contact info) is used only for report branding and account management. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
