When you sign up for MLSBot, we collect your name, email address, phone number, brokerage information, and license number. This information is used to create your account and brand your reports.

MLS Data

MLSBot accesses ACTRIS MLS data through MLS Grid under an authorized Broker Back Office subscription. MLS data is used solely to generate reports for authorized users. We do not sell, share, or redistribute raw MLS data.

How We Use Your Information

• Generate branded CMA and rental comp reports
• Deliver reports via email when requested
• Communicate about your account and product updates
• Improve the MLSBot product

Data Storage

Your account data is stored securely. Generated reports are retained for your access. MLS data is stored in a secure database and synced daily from the official ACTRIS MLS feed.

Third Parties

We use the following services to operate MLSBot:

• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN
• MLS Grid — MLS data access
• Resend — email delivery
• Google Maps — location services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
